A Valentine’s pledge to care for yourself
Living with chronic pain takes effort every day. This Valentine’s Day, Chronic Pain Ireland invites you to choose one small act of love for yourself.
Acts of Love is about self-compassion and recognising that rest, boundaries, and support are not indulgent, but essential for living well with chronic pain.
Make a €5 pledge to yourself and carry out your chosen act of care during the month of February. Your donation helps to support and deliver Chronic Pain Ireland’s education, support, and advocacy work.

Why Acts of Love?
Living well with chronic pain involves more than medication alone. Research shows that self-kindness, understanding limits, and reducing stress responses all play an important role. Acts of Love encourages a kinder, more informed way of thinking about pain — for ourselves and for others. To read our full press release click here
