Time Commitment
There are currently 8 members on the Board of Chronic Pain Ireland with one due to retire at the upcoming May AGM.
Board meetings take place 7 times a year. Board meetings are normally held online with at least one meeting held in-person in our office located in Carmichael Centre, North Brunswick Street, Dublin 7 from 5:30 pm-7:30 pm (for 2024 these take place on a Tuesday evening).
New board members would also be required to be a member of one of the Board’s subcommittees and 5-7 online meetings take place throughout the year The estimated time commitment of each board member is 8-10 hours per month.
The initial term of office for Chronic Pain Ireland Board members is 3 years, with an opportunity to serve a second 3-year term subject to Board approval.
