Digi4MSK Public Workshops on Digital Health & Self-Management.

February 4 @ 18:00 - 19:30

Managing Aches and Pains: Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better is a free in-person public talk. Led by Professor Kieran O’Sullivan and Dr Lara Coyne from the University of Limerick, the event is aimed at members of the public who want to better understand chronic pain, such as back pain or knee pain, and learn what current best practice recommends for managing it.

The event forms part of the Digi4MSK project (www.digi4msk.eu), an EU-funded initiative focused on improving understanding of pain and supporting self-management. Through short talks and discussion, the speakers will explore evidence-based approaches to living well with chronic pain and help attendees feel more confident about moving, managing symptoms, and making informed health decisions.

Date: 4th February
Time: 6-7.30 pm
