Over a 7 week period members are invited to take part in the Living Well with Chronic Pain programme. The Living Well Programme can help you develop skills and confidence to manage your condition.

Techniques to deal with symptoms of chronic pain conditions, such as fatigue, sleeplessness, stress, and emotional problems such as depression, anger, fear, and frustration, with emphasis on cognitive behavioural therapy techniques for managing pain.
