Special Online Event – What Pain Takes: From Understanding to Action plus Meet the Author
As part of Pain Awareness Month and Chronic Pain Ireland’s ‘What Pain Takes’ campaign, we’re delighted to invite you to a special event exploring the impact of chronic pain and, importantly, what you can do to manage it. Join us for an engaging and practical session – with the opportunity to meet the author of ‘Chronic Pain: A Drug-Free Way to Feel Better’, Phil Sizer, and explore his approach to living with pain.
Learn, reflect and discover practical ideas that you can take away and use in your everyday life.
