Writing for Wellbeing workshop

September 21 @ 19:00 - 21:00

Writing for wellbeing workshop (evening)

Discover the wellbeing benefits of writing with Carol Ann Copeland

This gentle, supportive workshop is open to Chronic Pain Ireland members living with chronic pain, long-term illness or disability, as well as anyone experiencing short-term or ongoing mental health challenges. It is also suitable for anyone who would simply like to explore how expressive writing can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support overall wellbeing.

No previous creative writing experience is needed. This is not about being a writer – it is about giving yourself time and space to reflect, express yourself, and discover the positive impact that writing can have on your well-being.

All you need is:
– A pen and paper
– An open mind
– A willingness to try something new

Date: 21st September from 7-9pm  (note we will have a daytime workshop on the 14th September)
