Raising Awareness of Chronic Pain and Spinal Health, Nikki Bray and her husband Donal are once again holding their annual fundraising event in Youghal Co Cork.
Event Organiser Nikki Bray was born with a spinal defect and is asking you to join her on September 4th to complete this 4km walk in aid of Chronic Pain Ireland support services and to raise awareness of spinal health. Nikki states “It is not a fast walk, it is all about mobility and strength….not speed. If you can’t walk but would like to come along to support and cheer us on please get in touch”.
Dr Benjamin Martin of Optimal Chiropractic and Martina Phelan of Chronic Pain Ireland will also be on hand throughout the day. All welcome and we’ll be meeting up afterwards for a chat and a cuppa.
